Fjelstrom Family Visit--Part 8

The last morning at our campsite was spent exploring the beach.  There were some awesome tidepools.  The kids spent all morning there after doing their part of campsite clean up.  After everything was packed up, the adults joined the kids.  I miss having pics of the little petting zoo the kid created out of sea life.  It was so cute.  They dammed up part of a puddle and put everything they caught inside, a crab, shrimp, fish, a starfish, and probably more.  It was really fun.  Then we took some pics and drove back to Renton.

After unloading the cars, Danielle was kind enough to baby-sit all 8 kids so we could take Matt out to dinner for his birthday.  Then the dads camped out on the trampoline with the boys.  Then they heard some sketchy noises and the boys were scared anyways so they finished the night inside.

Sunday morning, we helped them load up and said goodbye.  They had a big drive to make all in one day.  There was so much laundry after our trip, but even with the drive and laundry we all thought it was so worth it.  We love the Fjelstroms and wish we could live closer.
