Snow Days!

We had some fun snow come.

We joined our neighbor's tradition of turning the hill in front of our house into a sledding hill.  We built a berm with the snow and shoveled and salted a walkway.  The kids had fun for a couple of days on the hill before the rain made it slushy.

We also made colored ice balls with balloons

We also spent time sledding and playing in Tahaleh with the Hanes.

Jason was a voluntary shoveler.

Zoom Church

Zoom church.  We have loved having home church but there is nothing like actually meeting with other people and feeling the spirit of God together.  In August or September, we started going to church every other week and watching it through youtube on the other week.  This screenshot has Ryan behind the speaker waiting to pass the sacrament.  At first when we met in person, speakers had to keep masks on.  Now speakers can take masks off at the pulpit.  A member of the bishopric wipes it down afterwards.  Instead of singing, we listen to the hymns.  After church we use bottles of sanitizing spray to spray down everything.  Also, there are signs on the pews so that we only sit in every other pew.

I'm really glad we get to go to church in person again.  on Sunday the 7th, we started going back all together.  With some members opting to stay online, there was enough seating with some chairs in the overflow for everyone to stay socially distanced.  I look forward to primary and Sunday school classes again, but for now, we're happy to have those online too.

That Wiggly Tooth

Evelyn had a very wiggly tooth that wouldn't come out so she begrudgedly let Tony pull it out with floss.

Superbowl Sunday

It was a boring game and a boring halftime show but hanging out with friends was fun!

Owen's Beach

We visited Owen's Beach and took an easy stroll since Max was still a little sore.
