Evelyn's Baby Blessing!

Evelyn's baby blessing was such a special night.  We had family and love and we got to celebrate the birth of this sweet baby girl.  She is very special and we feel blessed to have her.  The night was wonderful.

Everyone who participated in the blessing:  Uncle Darin, Uncle Alan, Grandpa J, Uncle Doug, dad, Brother Camp, Grant (mom's cousin-in-law)

Everyone who was there:  Grandma Kate, Great-Grandma Joan, Aunt Kris, Uncle Darin, Drew, mom and Jase, Grandpa J, Uncle Alan, Aunt Stacey, dad, Uncle Doug, Kiffin, Preston, Brenda (mom's cousin and family), Dallas, Grant, Brackell, (Ryan and Max in the front)

Cousin Time!

And then we tried to take family pictures after church that Sunday but Jase was ready for a nap.  It is hard to get good family pictures with two babies and two silly boys. :)

And then we strategically planned a time when we could have a happy Evelyn for more pictures.  Grandma Kate sewed this blessing dress and bonnet out of my wedding dress.  It's so beautiful and special.  Grandma Kate even put in some pleats to match the pleats in the waist of my dress.  It turned out perfectly.  Kate was actually able to use just the liner from my dress and the dress itself will be made into her baptism dress.  I love the pictures of our little princess so I had to include all of them.

And then Jase wanted to join in the fun so lunch stains and all, he got pictures with his baby sister.

Some of the detail.  We love this dress.
