Our organized Christmas got less organized with our crazy travels. First, there were two special presents that were delivered to my parents' home. When we told them we wouldn't be able to come, they quickly went to the post office to ship them to our house so they would be there by Christmas. Then we changed plans but the packages were on their way. Also, not all of the presents made the switch from the car to suitcases and therefore didn't make it to Cali. Tony and I made a quick shopping trip on Christmas Eve morning (we returned the duplicates that had waited for us in our car when we got back to Washington).
After the quick shopping trip, we made manger cookies to represent the baby Jesus lying in a manger.
Jason looked cute adn worked on mastering sitting up.
Christmas Eve dinner!
Tony wanted this picture, haha, a vegan eating meat!
Tony definitely enjoyed his, lol.
Joking aside, it was a lovely meal and it was wonderful to spend time together.
We went for a little drive to see if Agena Court is the Christmas light spectacle that it used to be. It's not, but there were some fun houses.
Then we read and acted out the nativity sans a manger.
Look at the sweet angel kissing the babe.
And there were some wise men.
After reading scriptures and singing, the boys opened their Christmas Eve pajamas.
And we sent the wee ones to bed! :)
