Tony wanted to go on a road trip for his birthday so Grandma Kate was kind enough to come up so we could take a trip. We had such an amazing time. Our first stop was Astoria. We love this little seaside city.
The tarps were down on the Goonie house.
We explored a bit and had amazing sushi.
This bookstore was dreamy.
Then we camped in the 4 Runner at Camp Stevens.
We visited the wreck of the Peter Iredale. We saw eagles swoop down to catch fish.
It snowed at the beach.
It was fun to explore the fort. We even saw elk.
Then we visited the site where the Japanese shot at Oregon.
A cement shell where a real shell was found.
Then we went to the Tillamook Air Museum which is the largest wooden structure in the world..
We made a short little trek to Munson Creek Falls.
Then we enjoyed the ocean at Depoe Bay.
Then we visited the Devil's Punchbowl. So cool.
And had a yummy seaside dinner.
