One of Max's birthday presents was a visit to the Experience the Music Project (EMP) because there's an exhibit of the Star Wars costumes. We had a great time! This was my first time at the EMP and I've lived in Washington for 13 years. It's a little on the pricey side which is why it was just the two of us.

Max loved the sound lab. He learned about mixing music, playing guitar, keyboard and drums. He wants guitar lessons now. :)
An exhibit on the art of Chuck Jones.
It's such a cool building. The designer took a bunch of electric guitars and took them apart and put pieces back together to come up with the design.
This is the Science Fiction/Fantasy part of the museum.
