One-on-one time has become a Sunday tradition. We have always done one-on-one time, but doing it every Sunday makes it more consistent and the kids know it will happen. I also love that we are creative about what we do together, since it's on Sunday, we don't spend money, we just pick something the kiddo wants to do with us.

Jase and daddy got creative making a chocolate and cherry cake. Thr frosting even had maraschino cherries in it.
