Why?

There are times when you question your kids' motives and sanity.  I was pretty upset when I saw this.  What was Jason thinking?  Each ball had barbes at the end.  When I started working at getting them out, it was so hard that I thought I'd be there for hours.  Then I got into a groove and it only took about 45 minutes with minimal hair loss.  But still....grrrrrr
