We visited the Flying Heritage Museum to see some tank demos and all of the cool airplanes. The kids had fun exploring, watching the air show, tank show and making dog tags.

PIcking Blackberries and first Friend Sleepover!
Matt went out of town for the weekend and Tony works late so we decided to have a friend sleepover. First we picked blackberries along the road to Phillip Arnold Park.
Then we played laser tag at the park.
And then we slept over! Max and Jimmy didn't end up staying outside on the trampoline the whole night. Jenna and I hosted a girl's night while the kids had fun hanging out with their friends until they fell asleep. Ev and Jase slept in the guest room with me.
Flag Retiring Ceremony
Max had already bridged over but we never got a good photo with his Webelos leaders so we took the opportunity with this even cooler bridge.
Having a Middle Schooler!
We had an orientation for Max to get used to middle school and get his class schedule and locker combo. We also decided to take the idea of a friend and go again just a few days before school so he could practice walking through his schedule by himself and opening his locker. It worked out well because we got to see that the lunch schedule had come out so we texted with friends to see who had first lunch with Max. There are 3 lunches. It's crazy having a middle schooler.
Pear Picking
The Hanes had an abundance of pears and we made a date to pick pears and ride bikes. The kids had a blast.
Babysitting!
I love baby-sitting for friends. Holding this sweet baby has got to be one of my favorite things. :)
