On Saturday, we basked in the sun. First we went to Sunnyside beach which is one of my favorite spots in Tacoma.
Max was being such a good big brother and Ryan didn't mind the ride until we got to the end and I was taking a picture.
Gorgeous! Max didn't like putting his toes in the water with me because there was so much seaweed floating up. Silly guy.
Ryan liked eating the sand of course and Max liked digging for China.
Then we went to a friend's house on Raft Island and Tony and Max tried out the sail kit he made for the kayak. Max was singing "Sailing, Sailing" and loving every second of it. He even turned around in the kayak to see what was behind him (as dad figured out later by looking at pictures). Oops!
