Grandpa J recently moved offices and he wanted the kids to see his new place. It was fun and we actually learned more about Great Grandpa Bob and the U.S.S. Salt Lake City while we were there.

Field Trip to Seahurst
The night before Tony flew in we did a field trip to Seahurst beach. We played Beanboozled on the way. Gross! At the beach we talked to Evelyn about how the kindergartens always do a field trip to Seahurst after learning about sea creatures. So we went at low tide to make sure we could find sea creatures on her "field trip".
San Antonio During the Pandemic
Tony sent me pictures of how quiet it was in San Antonio. In fact, he was supposed to stay for 2 weeks but they started closing down hotels so his boss had him come home after only one week. We had decided to quarantine down south with grandma so we could have a change of scenery and so Tony could get house projects done and have an easier time working from home. Instead of leaving earlier, we waited until he flew home so we could spend a day with him.
