We decorated cookies with the Hanes.  The kids loved every minute of it!

Scouting Saturday

Tony had a campout at the church campground in Nisqually.  He had a great time with the boys and they stayed warm.

While he was gone, we had two friends watch our kids in two shifts so I could attend an all-day cub scout training.  My favorite class was called, "Games, Games, Games".  The instructor was animated and fun and we played games.  What could be better?  He reminded me a lot of Steve Martin.

After I got back and hugged on my babies, we went to the park where Max decided he wanted to get stuck in the baby swing.  

Riding the Train

I got to ride the train to Portland at the start of a girl's weekend.  Namma Kate came up to take care of the kiddos.  Evelyn and Kate came to the train station to say good bye.

The weather was overcast but I had fun seeing the beautiful views as we rode around the Puget Sound.
