Family Daily Memories

 We started doing something new when we gather for scriptures and prayers at night.  Before we start, we write down what's going on in the world and then individually, what we've done that day to grow spiritually, physically, socially and intellectually.  We also write down a random act of kindness and something we're grateful for.  


Some of the things we've talked about:


Deb:  

Spiritual- Reading Doctrine & Covenants and Conference Talks

Physical- walking, push ups

Intellectual-Reviewing First-Aid

Social- Reached out to 2 friends, Sent a text to connect

Act of Kindness-- Updated the Recess Rockstars bulletin

Grateful for-- Jason making dinner, Ev feeling better 


Tony:

Spiritual- Prayer

Physical- Walked two laps at work, Went to massage appointment

Intellectual- Listened to podcast about ethical hacking

Social- Talked to friend on phone, talked to cousin

Act of Kindness-- Sent Deb flowers at work, 

Grateful for-- marriage, wet/dry vac


Max:

Spiritual- Seminary

Physical- Swim Practice

Intellectual- Studied Limits in Calculus

Social- Hunt out with swim team friends

Act of Kindness-- Held door open

Grateful for-- Free college, bench press


Ryan:

Spiritual- Prayer, seminary

Physical- Walked dogs

Intellectual- Worked on quartet piece, learned about the cause and effect of discrimination in Psychology

Social- Hung out with friends at school, hung out with new friends from 3rd period class

Act of Kindness-- Gave friends late Christmas presents, let people go in front of him in the lunch line, lent someone a charger

Grateful for-- loving bros


Jason:

Spiritual- Prayer

Physical- Played soccer at lunch

Intellectual- Learned about Bio Mimicry, coded a robot in robotics 

Social- Planned a campfire program with Ryder

Act of Kindness--Cooked meat for campout

Grateful for-- Cute Pets


Evelyn:

Spiritual- Prayer

Physical- Ran at recess,

Intellectual- Learned more about fractions

Social- Hung out with friends

Kindness-- Helped Mrs. Curtis as a STEM star, helped Ryan serve Buche de Noel

Grateful for-- Life, my family
