When I first moved to Washington, I had no idea how to pronounce
Puyallup, and now it's no biggie. It's a great town with a great fair every year. We went on opening day to see the Western Rodeo parade. Then we got into the fair free by donating food at the gate. I love free! Here the boys are waiting to see cows, horses and instruments!
Apparently, one or two years the cows got away from the cowboys. This year, there was no running of the bulls.
And my camera battery died, so here's a cell phone photo of one of the exhibits inside the fair.
We loved looking at all the handmade items and then the collections. Here somebody collected frog stuff. Ryan and this person would get along.
And Max REALLY wanted a cowboy hat. So cute! Sorry, son, not this time.
