Playing Candyland and Swimming

On a rainy Wednesday, we stole the Hanes kids and played the lifesize Candyland game they set up.  We even ran into the Ellis family there!

Then we joined the Webelos swimming activity and Ryan passed off his Spirit of Water wolf requirement.

Our First Day of Spring Break

We loved watching Elise and Olivia in the morning.  Elise loved Tiger Lily and Tiger was such a good cat.

With the great weather forecast, we adventured to a new-to-us park in Redmond.  We saw farm animals, played (while Maili and I planned a baby shower) and explored trails.  It was a fantastic day with friends.

Last Night/Game Night

The night before Grandma and Grandpa drove home, we had a game night.  We taught Grandma how to play "Garbage", Max practiced chess with Grandpa and we had a great time playing Trivial Pursuit.  Tony and Dad are forces to be reckoned with when it comes to their trivia knowledge.  We loved having grandma and grandpa come!

Time Out for Women

Time Out for Women was AWESOME!  My parents watched the kids on Friday night when I went with some friends in the ward.  I especially loved listening to Tim Ballard talk about his efforts to save victims of human trafficking.

On Saturday, mom came too!  It was so nice!  I also ran into some friends from my Tacoma YSA days!  Saturday was especially great.  It's great to have time to just be uplifted and inspired.  And it was the weekend after General Conference.  Two fantastic weekends in a row!
