First Day of Joy School for Jase!

Jase started Joy School with 3 other friends.  I get to be the first teacher.  We rotate every four weeks.  Jase was excited to start school. :)

Evelyn joins in during the gathering activity.

I took some pictures for the feelings wheel I'm making for them for week 3.  Look at these cute mugs!

B for birdhouses.  Painting is fun!

We're pretty excited that balloon starts with B!  And we're dancing for part of music day!

I feel pretty blessed to teach these cute little people!

Last Day of of our Swimming Summer!

After we got back from the Yak, we decided to spend the evening swimming since it was the last night the Aquatic Center would be open this summer.

And then DQ for the win.

Labor Day Weekend in Yakima!

We wanted to go camping with our cousins this summer but it was a busy summer.  Labor Day weekend was out because Beth had a primary program practice so we decided to visit them in Yakima instead. :)

Evelyn loved all of the dress up clothes.

The kids loved the park and a tree that became a Star Wars rebel base.

Then we visited the Yakima museum.

Then Beth was awesome and canned yummy Yakima peaches and pears with me.

The kids went with Tony and Lincoln to the Aviation museum while we canned.

This is an example of something happening while you get the camera out that you were not expecting.  Ummmm....Yikes! Duke and Evelyn!  This is too much!

Part of our bounty.

Girl time!

More Duke and Ev love.  What a patient dog!

The kids had so much fun with their cousins.  What a fun weekend!

Spending Time with My Littles

With big brothers at school, we are establishing new routines.  I'm pretty lucky to spend time around 2 of my 5 favorite people during the day.  They keep things full of fun!

Even an errand such as getting the tires rotated turns into an adventure with these guys.  We wandered over to Uwajimaya and spied on the crawdads, clams, oysters, crabs and lobsters.

Then we wandered over to a pet store and saw all kinds of little animals.

This girl might already be more of a shopper than me. :)

I wouldn't give up being a stay-at-home mom for anything! :)

First Day of School---Tiffany Park Elementary 2015

Ryan and Max were very excited to start 1st and 3rd grade.  Both of them got the teachers they want. :)

When they were actually at school, they did seem a little nervous.  I get it, new faces and spaces.  Ryan is at his desk looking nervous, but I peeked in a few minutes later and he was great!

Well, it happened.  We got to Max's class right before the bell rang and even though there were other parents there, Max said he didn't want me to give him a good bye hug. I kind of snuck one anyway.  He loves to hug and snuggle, but I guess as a third grader, it's a little different. :(

We love Mrs. Gomes. :)
